As you all know my car has been in and out of the transmission shop. Well guess what. Tomorrow it goes back for the 5th time! It is still leaking. After taking it back over and over, excuse after excuse I have reached my limit. I start a new job next Tuesday and Wednesday the kidlet starts back to school, Usually that is no problem as we have 2 vehicles. I can drive to work and be there at 7am and she has to be at school at 8:20am. I get off at 4pm and she gets out of school at 3:20pm. See the conflict? Because my van isn't being fixed properly that leaves us with one vehicle and that is not going to work. She can't take the bus because we are less than 3 miles from the school. I am going to DEMAND a rental car and he can keep mine until it is fixed and running 100%. I'm so severely PISSED OFF that the hubs made me stay in the car when he went in today. GRRRRR. Looks like we are going to end up having to sue him!

I am absolutely disgusted with Wendy's on Lancaster Drive in Salem Oregon. My husband daughter and I ate there today and my husband ordered an 8$ meal. His bun and the box was SOAKED in grease. It was so bad he put 4 napkins in between the bun and box and it soaked through them. I took it back to the front and attempted to get them to make a new one and they argued that it was dave's big and juicy. Juicy is fine but greasy is disgusting. What a waste of money for us to have to bring that burger home and feed it to the dogs while my husband stopped at burger king and got himself a decent burger. Just one more place to add to my list of no spending money at. The hubby already has high cholesterol thanks for trying to give him a Heart attack!
So let me tell you a little story. I took my car into a shop to have the transmission rebuilt. I was given the quote of 1800-2000 dollars and done in 3-4 days. We go in on the 3rd day and he tells me that it will be ready the next morning (Saturday) and that I can pick it up just before they close at noon.. He asked me to pay in advance on Friday so he can deposit it since I was paying cash and the car would be ready Saturday morning. Imaging my surprise when I showed up
that morning and the shop was locked up tight. So I start calling his cell phone. Rings, Voicemail. 8 voicemails and a threat to call the police he returns my call and tells me he "forgot" to call me that he had to order another part. I told him I was calling the police as I had a receipt I was paid in full. He returned and gave me my money back, The same money I paid him with in the same envelope, that he supposedly (Deposited on Friday??). I asked to have the shop owner call me and he says he will but I never hear from him. So on Monday there was yet another excuse why it was not done. I went to work on Monday and Tuesday I filed a complaint with the BBB. Tuesday I stop by the court house and pick up the papers to file a lawsuit after he called me at work and tells me my car still will not be done. Once I told him I was filing the claim he calls me back on the drive home to tell me it is fixed. We pick up the car and go home. The next day we find a leak of transmission fluid under the car. My husband calls and he tells him to bring it in. We have to drive down before closing to find out what is going on to find our car is done and has been sitting outside for hours. For some reason this man "forgets" to call us. Fast forward 3 days later....Transmission is STILL leaking We take it in on Thursday and tell him we have plans for the weekend and we have to have it back. He tells the hubs that he replaced the drive shaft at no charge because it was tearing the seal. Pick the car up on Thursday afternoon. Now it is Monday Morning and I am heading out for a job interview and my husband pulls out some cardboard from under the car and it is covered in transmission fluid. So we are taking it back in the morning and this will be the final time. He either gets it right or paying for another shop to fix it or we go to court. FED-UP with this cheating lying company. OK, I am FED-UP. Sunday the hubs and I went into Taco Bell for lunch. We were killing some time and decided we were hungry. Well it started off poorly, We waited at the counter for almost 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Then as I was ordering a co-worker came to the counter and they casher and her proceeded to speak over my order in Spanish. Fine, I'm tired just get my order. Well, Guess what? Half my order wasn't taken. When I went back up to ask for it I was told it was never rang up and if I wanted it I would have to pay for it. I pulled out my money and paid for my items and told the manager if they would stop talking over the customer and do their damn job this wouldn't happen. So I had to sit and wait 5 more minutes for the rest of my food. I ended up packing it up to take home because the Hubs already ate his and I was frusterated and full. On the way out the skanky cashier that was not doing her job had the NERVE to practically follow me out the door to tell me. "If it makes you feel better I was cut 2 hours for the day." Well It doesn't I told her. What would make me feel better is for you to do your damn job and if you don't want to do it stay the hell home and let someone that actually needs a job have it. Talk about adding insult to injury. I was so PISSED off I called back to the store to get the corp number which they claimed they didn't know but gave me a local number to a cell phone they claimed with the area manager. I came home and submitted a complaint on the website and took the survey on my reciept. As of today not one single work. TACO BELL SUCKS! KFC #HowdoYouKFC? I don't.....it is very hard to KFC when you go to the local store, place your order, get your drink and then are told they are out of chicken. LOL OUT OF CHICKEN? Isn't this Kentucky fried CHICKEN? That is like dunkin donuts being out of donuts, or Burger king being out of burgers. LMAO. Usually I am posting negative feedback about businesses and products here but I would like to include some outstanding reviews also. This one is one of my all time favorite. My family LOVES King's Hawaiian bread and we buy it regularly! Recently I sent them a quick email telling them I love their product and guess what? They mailed me 2 coupons for 2 packages of free bread! WOW! Been a bit busy looking for a new job. I have several interviews this week! Yay! Today I went to wal-mart to pick up something for dinner. I purchased a 48 pack of Lipton tea bags. Only way to make southern style sweet tea! I got home and my tea wasn't in the bags. I called the store and was transferred to customer service. No answer call was picked up by the person that answered and transferred back to CS desk. after about 8 rings, Debbie answered. Told me she would check and placed me on hold. At this point it is 5 mins into the call. at 8 mins I decided to drive to the store. No way I could get there before she checked right? WRONG! I parked, walked to the tea/coffee isle, got my tea, walked to customer service. No customers there so not busy, Debbie was behind the counter standing next to the phone and unpacking what looked like book bags. She noticed the tea in my hand and I'm sure recognized the accent since it isn't the norm here. I asked for a manager. She said yes can I help you. I sad YES you can you can pick up the damn phone when you place someone on hold. I have my cell phone in hand still connected and waiting for her to answer it.She tells me. Oh the phone is broke it won't let me answer it...LOL at this point I am Irate. GET ME A MANAGER. She knocks on a door, no one comes out. she acts like she is walking around to just up front to find someone. at this point 3 or 4 people have gotten in line but I am in NO mood to say wait on them. Hell I had been waiting over 20 mins on the phone. Assistant manager comes out. I had her the phone that shows 23 mins and tell her that the other end is walmart where I was on hold and still holding, drove to the store got my item and went to the desk and was still on hold. I advised her that a customer should NEVER be treated as such, that if the Customer service (I use that loosely) can't answer when a customer is ON HOLD then she should get someone to do it for her. They never even checked my receipt. I handed her my tea, she bagged it and I left. I was steaming mad. Made a complaint to Walmart Corp but don't expect to hear back from them. Recently I purchased Fresh Step cat litter from pet smart. HUGE MISTAKE. I bought a 20lb box and less than 2 weeks later its gone. Why? It is Nasty and not worth spending your money on. It doesn't stop odors as promised, It sticks to the bottom of the litter box in large nasty wet clumps that are IMPOSSIBLE to break up with a scoop. And the DUST CLOUD. When the cats use it or you clean it there is a dust cloud that will put the desert to shame. I emailed Fresh step about it and NEVER received a response of any kind. Their website claims they care about you and your animals. What they mean is they care that they get your money, then don't bother them. this is a PISS POOR PRODUCT and company.
This is my favorite PISS POOR PRODUCT of the week. Figaro's Pizza in Salem Oregon. Man what a waste of money and time. I bought the Pizza and get home and its not fresh, not tasty by any means and the staff there is a bunch of punks that I wouldn't hire to wash my car much less cook my food. Now after paying $20.00 for a pizza they charge for crushed peppers, Parmesan packets and sliced tomatoes. The other Figaro's I used to go to never charged for any of it. Now for the KICKER! I emailed them, no response. I posted a complaint on their facebook page and they DELETED it and have since made it so I can't comment on their website.
