OK, I am FED-UP. Sunday the hubs and I went into Taco Bell for lunch. We were killing some time and decided we were hungry. Well it started off poorly, We waited at the counter for almost 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Then as I was ordering a co-worker came to the counter and they casher and her proceeded to speak over my order in Spanish. Fine, I'm tired just get my order. Well, Guess what? Half my order wasn't taken. When I went back up to ask for it I was told it was never rang up and if I wanted it I would have to pay for it. I pulled out my money and paid for my items and told the manager if they would stop talking over the customer and do their damn job this wouldn't happen. So I had to sit and wait 5 more minutes for the rest of my food. I ended up packing it up to take home because the Hubs already ate his and I was frusterated and full. On the way out the skanky cashier that was not doing her job had the NERVE to practically follow me out the door to tell me. "If it makes you feel better I was cut 2 hours for the day." Well It doesn't I told her. What would make me feel better is for you to do your damn job and if you don't want to do it stay the hell home and let someone that actually needs a job have it. Talk about adding insult to injury. I was so PISSED off I called back to the store to get the corp number which they claimed they didn't know but gave me a local number to a cell phone they claimed with the area manager. I came home and submitted a complaint on the website and took the survey on my reciept. As of today not one single work. TACO BELL SUCKS! Restaurants are topping the PISS POOR PRODUCTS list it seems. Recently we went to Red Robin. It is a former favorite of mine and I have given it good reviews in the past. Well NO MORE, The one here in Salem on Center St. is NASTY, The staff is half ass lazy asses and they can't mix a long island for the life of them. For what it costs there to get a bad drink, bad service and a dirty seat we can go right down the road to a better restaurant. Emailed support. Will update if I receive a response.
